Last Friday, June 19th, we welcomed Chef Luis Valls, Chef Ismael Fernandez, and Chef Edu Torres for a live paella demonstration celebrating the traditions, technique, and craftsmanship behind Spain’s most iconic dish.

From broth to bomba rice to the the finished pans, the demonstration offered a rare look at the artistry behind authentic Spanish paella, accompanied by live music and a celebration of Spanish cuisine, culture, and hospitality.

A heartfelt thank you to the Spanish Consulate, Chef Luis Valls, Chef Ismael Fernandez, Chef Edu Torres, Molino Roca, Marriott International, Iberia, Indra Group, and everyone who joined our BeltLine patio for this memorable occasion.
