Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol' griddle. We've found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they're best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we'll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we've got cocktails & brews covered!

We swapped capers for gremolata and the bagel for focaccia on our smoked salmon Benedict. Sometimes the best way forward is to ignore how it's always been done.

Regular French toast doesn't get espresso cream underneath it, or a stuffing of house-made whipped mascarpone, or a top layer of coffee mascarpone, coffee syrup, cocoa powder, and espresso sugar. Ours does, because at some point in the test kitchen, "good enough" stopped being an option.

We put five juices on the table and let people build their own mimosa, which sounds simple until you watch someone stand there for a full minute deciding between grapefruit and cranberry like it's a real decision. There's a specific kind of happy that only shows up at the breakfast table, the kind where you're laughing before the food even gets there and somehow laughing harder once it does. We don't think that's an accident. Good company, a plate worth fighting over, and a Bloody Mary garnished like it's trying to be its own meal will do that to a person. Imagine saying no to this. Now imagine actually trying it, with the Paloma sweating on the table and the hash browns still crackling and a bite of French toast just sitting there daring you. We didn't make this easy on purpose, but we're not mad about it either. Tell us which one you'd have the willpower to skip, we'll be here not believing you.

There's a very specific kind of confidence it takes to wear a flannel and shorts to breakfast in the same outfit, and we respect it completely. Fall-ish menu, fall-ish weather, fall-ish wardrobe choices. Nobody's fully committing to the season around here, and honestly, that tracks. Who else is only halfway dressed for fall?
