Motichoor Macarons !!

Motichoor Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet, made with besan (chickpea flour). Tiny drops of chickpea flour (boondi) are fried in ghee and then mixed with a sugar syrup infused with saffron and cardamom and then shaped into round balls.

These macarons have been filled with buttercream with cardamom powder and center of motichoor ladoo . Safe to say you can’t stop with one 🤤🤤🤤
