FRENCH TACOS POPUP
What is it?
French tacos are always plural, even when referring to a single sandwich, because of a mistranslation or misunderstanding of the Mexican word “taco”....
They have little to do with a taco and are much more like a panini, burrito, or quesadilla but stuffed with french fries and gruyere. Originating in Lyon, France...it’s time we all get on board here and enjoy this masterpiece of cultural mashup that originated in France with a Mikkelson’s Market twist...

Made a yummy thing today testing for Mikkelson’s.

Tunnbrödsrulle:
We made ours with Hunter Cattle Company Hot Georgia Night Sausage, Mashed Taters, Fries, Chinese Hot Honey Mustard, Ketchup, and Fried Onions.
It was dayum good if I do say so myself. The flatbread is traditional Swedish flatbread and oh so fun! We will be popping up with these at JenChan's this week y’all! 👀

We may have been quiet on social media but we’ve been damn busy at feeding the good folks here for about a month, breakfast and lunch, Monday - Friday while a hangar is under construction. The mornings start early for us (4am) but it’s worth it see the smiles ❤️.
