He has served as Executive Chef at prominent New York and San Francisco restaurants and has worked alongside high-profile names like Joel Robuchon and Marcus Samuelsson. Chef Steven is the orchestrator behind the menu at Flora D’Italia, bringing an elevated quality of Italian cuisine to the food hall.
