Made with love, all marinades and edible garnishes are made from scratch at Hayakawa!
This week’s feature was our Gindara Yuan Yaki.
A grilled Black Cod in a soy based marinade with yuzu, garnished with house made lotus root pickles.
The yuzu adds a hint of fresh citrus - reminiscent aromas of the fresh yuzu flowers which blossom in early spring.

We hope to see you dine with us to enjoy such seasonal and traditional Japanese dishes here at Hayakawa!
