Just a quick note to let you all know we are going to be open through the upcoming weekend. We hope you all have a great and safe weekend!
Also, due to rib prices going up just short of a dollar a pound we will have a slight increase as of tomorrow. I hope this is very temporary and after the holiday weekend the price goes back down.

Hello folks! Just a quick note to let y'all know we will be going back to summer hours starting this coming weekend. We will be open until 7 on Fridays and Saturdays and we'll be open on Mondays from 11-6.
We are beginning to get preorders placed for Memorial weekend. I highly suggest if you are planning on getting ribs call ahead as I predict we will run out most of the weekend. Hope to see you soon!!

Good evening folks! Anyone wanting to grab some racks of ribs, pulled pork, brisket, tri tip and any of our sides for the Bowl On Sunday give us a call soon! We have a little more room in the smoker to "meat" your needs! Just call, text or message and we'll get you on the list!

Good afternoon my fellow Q lovers!!! Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and are doing okay with the first snow of the season!
Just to let y'all know, we have cut our ties with Doordash. Of all the orders we had placed through them only 1 time did a dasher show up to deliver the order. Folks, that is just bad business......all it does for us as a small business is get a customer upset that their expected food did not get delivered.
Hopefully at some point we can figure out some kind of delivery service to our local area! Hope to see you all soon!
