WE’RE BACK! Yay!

It’s been a quiet couple of weeks over here (well as quiet as 9 kids can be), but North Idaho Waffle Co. is rolling back out TOMORROW!

📍 Lancaster Market —> Phillips 66
Lancaster Rd & Meyer Rd | Rathdrum
⏰ 8:30 AM – around 1–2 PM (depending how it goes)

Come grab a fresh Liège waffle, chicken & waffles, organic coffee, Lotus, lemonade, Italian soda & more!

And if you can’t make it out, we’ll be LIVE on TikTok from the waffle trailer! Come hang out with us while we make drinks, waffles and pick out our fall/winter menu!

We’ve missed serving you guys and we’re SO ready to be back!

Come find the waffle trailer tomorrow morning! If it goes well, we might come back on Sunday too!

It’s been an interesting week! We’ve had 3 events cancelled, today was cancelled due to smoke! So instead we pivot .. Ian & Alexa are at Tractor Supply Co. in Athol.. Come grab some yummy coffee, waffles, lemonades, drinks & more! Share and tag your Athol friends!

We wanted to let everyone know that we will not be at the Jr. Rodeo this weekend.

Due to event vendor arrangements, we weren’t able to offer our full menu. We’re disappointed we won’t get to see everyone, but we hope you have an amazing weekend cheering on all the young riders! ❤️🐴

In between the chaos of Rathdrum Days, we managed to sneak in a little fun! ❤️

We had our biggest waffle and drink day yet, and we’re so incredibly thankful for everyone who stopped by to support our family’s dream. Every order truly means the world to us.
