Breakfast Pizza! Available today, tomorrow, or even for BRUNCH this Sunday from 9am - 2pm.

Just a couple of the updates for this week:
****Tomorrow we'll have a take-and-bake pizza re-stock in the to-go freezer plus our Friday fresh bread from the wood-fired oven.
****SUNDAY 9am - 2pm - We continue our brunch pop-up series. Join us for biscuits and gravy and more!
****Behind the scenes we're working on our Della Zona menu. We had a wonderful time serving pizza by the slice at Athens Porchfest and can't wait to get that space open.

Getting ready for Athens Porchfest! We're kicking off the porchfest Sunday with the second edition of our Brunch Pop-Ups at 9am (until 2pm). Music starts at 11am with ?brightside.

Later, as we wind down brunch, a Della Zona pizza by the slice preview will roll out at 3pm and New Athens County Plowboys take the stage.

In between those two bands, enjoy Nolan Collins and the Raccoon Wranglers at 1pm.

A jam packed Athens weekend to be sure!

Fresh pastries! Nom nom nom...

Plus an update on our pop-up brunches and other news!

First, thanks to everyone that made our first brunch this past weekend such a big success! WIth a lot going on the next couple weeks, we're going to take a brief break and then bring a series of pop-up brunches back later in the month.

Next week: We'll have a re-stock of our frozen take-n-bake pizzas. Along with those, we're expanding our take away options to include ICE CREAM (or possibly gelato... tbd). The first batches should be ready soon. Stay tuned for those.

Here's a schedule of pop-up brunches:

5/3/26 - No Brunch
5/10/26 - No Brunch
5/17/26 - BRUNCH (9am - 2pm) + Della Zona Pop-Up for Porchfest
5/24/26 - Brunch (9am - 2pm)
5/31/26 - Brunch (9am - 2pm)

After the 5/31/26 pop-up we're hoping to have a regular schedule worked out for brunch going forward.

Hey Athens, BIG NEWS!
We're rolling out a series of pop-up brunches on occasional Sundays this spring!
Our first Sunday Brunchday is scheduled for April 26th from 9 am - 2 pm. Join us for biscuits & gravy (local MoSo Farm sausage or vegetarian mushroom), breakfast burritos, quiche, and more locally-sourced and thoughtfully-prepared breakfast goodness.

Thanks to the fine farmers at MoSo Farm, we’ve got house-made Canadian Bacon on the menu! Brined pastured pork loins were smoked in our wood-fired oven and are now available as an add on to our breakfast sandwiches. Hooray!
