Molly’s has been buzzing this week with a lot of familiar faces! We’ve loved catching up with old friends and hearing about everyone’s summer as you roll back into town. Our team is ready for our Athens Academy folks to be back tomorrow morning, and move in day for University of Georgia is right behind them on Friday. When she isn’t at Molly’s, she is often painting and creating ceramic jewelry boxes for her own company, Emily Burke Art! We are excited to begin offering her Petite Prints at the coffee shop! You’re turning Violet, Violet! The Molly’s team can’t wait for you to try our newest creation. This cold brew with blueberry and cardamom cold foam is SO good. You can also add blueberry cardamom syrup or the cold foam to any drink. If that isn’t great news already, we are also serving strawberry puffs for the weekend! Head over to the shop for a treat!

Good morning from the Molly’s team! School has been out for UGA, and today is the last day of classes for Athens Academy, Oconee County, and Clarke County. We’ve loved serving you this past school year, and we are going to miss everyone over the summer. Congratulations to all of our UGA and high school graduates! We’ve had more than a few difficult goodbyes this year. We are looking forward to a summer filled with reorganizing, rest, and fun! Come by today for a last day of school treat! If your favorite spot to sit at Molly’s isn’t the patio right now, you are missing out! The flowers are blooming, and the weather has been perfect for being outside. We are so grateful for our friends at AC Landscape Design. Camille has put so much hard work into the design of our outdoor space, and it has really flourished. She changes our planters out quarterly, so enjoy the snapdragons while you can. How have you enjoyed spending time in the sunshine lately?

Happy Friday, y’all! We are excited to update you on some of our new and permanent menu items. First, we have a new brown sugar cold foam recipe that you are going to love. Cold foam has been one of our most often requested items, and thanks to our barista Emma, we can’t wait for you to try it. We also have two new teas: the iced herbal berry tea and the hot hibiscus tea. These are both from our friends at Zen Tea, and they are perfect for the summer. We began carrying Diet Cokes last month. And, finally, we have a new brownie recipe—these have been flying out of the pastry case! Have you tried any of these new treats yet?

2025 has been full of friendship, growth, and joy at Molly’s. As I reflect on the past year, I am so grateful for each of you. It has been an incredible dream to create a community with you, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to continue serving you in 2026. See you tomorrow!
