This time last year Gain Stage Productions created and produced our first CAMFest with Chris Wayne Band , Full Circle Rising , Hotel Drifters , Kadie Lynn , Kade Callaway Music , & Ryan Savallo's Music , Fizzy Swig Specialty Sodas LLC , Saddle Partner's BBQ , & Athens Burger Bar .

It was a blast and we can’t wait to do it again!

The honeysuckle on the tunnel is really starting to fill in. led Athens Scout Troop 343G to help w**d and plant yellow, red and purple tomatoes for the summer crop.

We are doing in plain sight what developers do behind the scenes - gathering investors. It is important to us that Common Area Market is a place locals feel a part of and earn the success from.
