• Wednesday: $3 Tacos (Beef, Fish, or Chicken) + our featured 80-proof Forager Bourbon cocktail, The Bootlegger’s Tea 🍓🥃 (Muddled strawberries, lime, ginger beer, and hand-picked mint). • Thursday: Thursday Night Vibes! Live Music from 6-8 PM 🎶 + Fresh Mexican Corvina Sashimi with sticky rice, seaweed, and spicy mayo ($18). • Friday: Our legendary Prime Rib Special. 🥩 • Saturday: Heritage Pork Porterhouse with Marsala sauce, house pasta, fresh mozzarella, and garlic bread. ($24) • Sunday Comfort: Family Style Spaghetti and Meatballs. ($20)

🥃 Happy National Distillers’ Day! 🥃

Today, we are raising a glass to the heart, soul, and creative mastermind behind every drop at Central Coast Distillery—our Master Distiller, Eric Olson.

To celebrate, we wanted to share a few fun facts about the man behind the still:

Palo Alto Born & Raised: Eric is a proud native Californian who brought his deep roots and passion for flavor right here to the Central Coast.

A Culinary Explorer: He has traveled to 22 countries, primarily immersing himself in international culinary training. That global palate is exactly what makes our spirits so uniquely complex and exceptional.

Constantly Crafting & Learning: Eric never stops honing his craft. His expertise includes rigorous education from Moonshine University in Kentucky, specialized courses at Oregon State University, and training with Heritage Distilling in Gig Harbor, Washington.

A Local Legend: Talk about an impact! Eric has played a significant role in planting 12 distinct distilleries right here within SLO County, helping shape our local craft spirits community into what it is today.

His Most Important Role: Beyond the awards, the accolades, and the craft, Eric is a deeply dedicated, committed husband and father. He is the rock of his family and a friend loved by so many in our community.

Eric, thank you for your relentless dedication to perfection, your unmatched work ethic, and for keeping our glasses full of truly exceptional spirits.

Saturday’s Seafood Special: Indulge in our rich and comforting Smoked Salmon Pasta, available all evening. 🍝

🍳 Sunday: Comfort Food Special

Sunday Comfort: End your week right with the ultimate comfort meal—our homemade Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes. It’s just like mom used to make. 😋

To all of our followers, supporters and fans, thank you for your patience and endurance as we go through this transitional process. We have just received our permit to move forward on our new location. Eric can now be found with his reflective orange vest and his hard hat! Stay tuned, more to come.
