My fiancé and I were extremely impressed with our menu tasting with Michael! The food was absolutely delicious. We are obsessed with the garlic pig shots! Michael was extremely friendly and walked us through an entire preview of what our catering services would look like. He was very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to booking him for our wedding.

Most people know us for the smoke and the oak, but the party doesn’t stop at the smoker. We’ve been perfecting our bar program to make sure the drinks are just as memorable as the tri-tip.

Case in point: our Whiskey Sour. We do it the old-school way—shaken with egg whites for that silky, pillowy foam and finished with a few precise drops of bitters. It’s the perfect refreshing counterpoint to a plate of savory, wood-fired BBQ.
