Many of you have seen and asked about “the girl with the hat” inside Athena. Well, this mysterious girl happens to be Jillianne! She’s the one behind all the delicious dips, sauces, and mixtures! She’s taken our recipes and through making them the last two years she’s perfected them ✨🧆🥣We are so grateful to have her at Athena, even if she’s responsible for 90% of all that breaks in the kitchen 😉
What we love most about Jillianne is that she’s extremely reliable and has saved us many times when we were short staffed 🥲

We are so excited to have Rigs and Reggae happening on Pier 39 Astoria August 27th - August 30th! We will be offering an alternative menu from August 27th - August 29th to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s important to note that all Pier 39 businesses will be open to our regular customers throughout the event. You don’t need to purchase event tickets to visit Pier businesses 🩵 but we highly recommend joining all the fun that’s happening 😍

ASTORIA! We’re bringing back 🍻OKTOBERFEST🍻
Jonas, my handsome Bavarian husband, will be cooking some authentic Bavarian food again this year and we want to celebrate with you all! Just like last year, there will be fun merch, games, and prizes for all ages 🎉 we will have traditional Bavarian music including a live accordion player🪗 there will be dancing, drinking, good food and good company 😍 Wear your Dirndl & Lederhosen to enter the costume contest and receive 5% off on drinks!

The last two days were truly so wonderful in the company of good friends. Bringing Lily Rose Coffee & Crêpes inside Athena and having Marco Davis make some delicious Crêpes for our community and visitors was such an amazing experience. We are so grateful for everyone who visited and shared this joyful time with us. In the restaurant business people always come and go.
Your staff, your guests, your family and friends from all over the world… but the memories stay forever. Today was one of those days. The four of us made the today- and we had to capture it and share it with you all 🩵

Here’s to many more happy days and memories ahead.
Crêpes will be back next Friday and Saturday from 11-2.
