Well, first and foremost…

THANK YOU!!!

I have made an extremely difficult decision accept a position with another company.
It’s been a tremendous experience, and I cannot express enough gratitude for ALL who helped me along the way.

The transition is happening much faster than I anticipated, but it is happening and I chose to accept it.

I will be keeping the truck for the time being, and the page will remain available for direct messages.

I will be gone for long periods of time and home for long periods of time. This may allow for some pop-ups and catering to be available in the future!
Right now, I have to focus on getting up to speed on this opportunity, then we’ll see what happens.

We will be closed today!
About 500 people fed in the last 7 days and I am going to take a breather today.

We will be open:
Friday (5/4) 11am - 4pm
Saturday 11am - 7pm

Stay tuned next week, as in all the flying around this week.. we secured a second round of events.

Let the games begin!!!

We are Only OPEN Friday 5/29/26 this week…

Closed today, Saturday and Sunday

Sorry for the inconvenience, we have multiple caterings this week, including the biggest one of the year, as we get the absolute privilege of serving a small group of Our U.S. military.

I’d be more specific, but I literally cannot…🤐

That and two other large catering has me scrambling for the next 8 days.

I will Open as much as possible, but it will be minimal through next week, as we walk right into graduation’s and some personal responsibilities in those.

Then, 10 ish days of absolute madness for me…
3 caterings (one being, the largest if the year by far) and a slew of other commitments.
I will post regularly over these next week and half
But will only be open sporadically !
