It’s the final countdown for our Modern Phở pop-up! 🍜

Astoria (and everyone who traveled from beyond)—you truly outdid yourselves! The response over these past two weeks has been overwhelmingly amazing, and we can’t thank you enough for showing up, loving what we do, and making this pop-up so fun. It truly means the world to us! ❤️

You showed up so big that we are officially SOLD OUT of beef for our final day!

Take this as your official sign to step outside your regular order. We’ve got a delicious lineup ready for lunch today:

August has been packed with non-stop fun at Nekst! ✨

Since getting back from our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam, we’ve loved hosting so many special moments—from our Ten Tastes of Summer dining event, to a special 80th birthday celebration and cheering on two Trek Travel groups starting their 45-day cross-country bike adventure! 🚲 We love being part of your milestones—keep us in mind for your Nekst special event!

Now, we’re opening our doors again starting TOMORROW for our 8-Day Modern Phở Pop-Up featuring a fresh take on Vietnamese street food!

What a joy it was to see so many of you at our SE Asia Street Food Pop-Up last week! Coming back to a sold-out event full of familiar faces was the BEST homecoming we could have asked for, and we are so grateful for this amazing community. ❤️

Now, we’re channeling that energy into our upcoming Ten Tastes of Summer tasting menu next weekend!

This 10-course tasting menu offers an intimate, immersive culinary journey. The menu itself is currently under development to ensure we capture local ingredients at their absolute peak. That said, after returning from Southeast Asia with notebooks full of fresh inspiration, expect a subtle touch of those rich, Southeast Asian flavors interwoven throughout the evening.

When: Saturday, August 22 & Sunday, August 23

The Experience: An intimate, 10-course tasting menu limited to just 16 guests per night.

The Pairings: Thoughtfully matched beverage pairings (both spirited and non-spirited).
