I’m teaming up with Capitol Creek Brewing in Willits, Colorado on February 26/27 for a pop up. 2 seatings. 5 courses. A few crowd favorites from previous pop ups like Tanuki and Oni plus some surprises. A pork tonkatsu ramen as the main course. No dietary restrictions and it’s omnivore. $130 each includes some beer and booze pairings, tip and maybe some live music. We’re only doing about 50 people per seating to keep the event interactive and intimate. Get a hold of Kelly at Capitol Creek asap. Once we are booked out that’s it for this run. Gumbai!
