TODAY is the official closure of L'Hostaria Ristorante. We want to thank our wonderful staff members, our clientele, the Aspen and Roaring Fork community and our friends and family for all the support over the years. Thank you again for a wonderful last evening of business on Friday. L'Hostaria will always have a place in our hearts. Cheers to 25 years, Aspen!

Last night served their last bowls of pasta, Pinot Grigio bombs, and memories to a packed house of mostly locals still here enjoying off season. The establishment was a local favorite and we are sad to see them go after 25 years in Aspen. Cheers & Ciao L’Hostaria! 🍷

Today we honor and celebrate the restaurant that Aspen and the community got to call L’Hostaria Ristorante for 25 years. ⁣

It’s a bittersweet feeling today, filled with happiness, memories, laughter, friendships, good food and some sad emotions as well. ⁣
⁣
Here we were 25 years ago on our opening day in Aspen (November 1996). We had no idea the journey L’Hostaria would take us on in this welcoming town. It’s has been such a rewarding experience and honor to serve the Aspen and Roaring Fork Valley. ⁣

🙌 Thank You to our Family!

Tiziano and Enrica Gortan came to Aspen in 1996 to begin the L'Hostaria journey. They are very fortunate to have raised two beautiful girls in Colorado, while teaching them their Italian culture while growing up in Aspen.

Both Viola (21) and Vittoria (16) worked at L'Hostaria for many years as hostesses during school breaks and over many summers. This is where the girls grew up and will always have a special place in their hearts for the restaurant they got to call L'Hostaria Ristorante all these years. A big thank you to our families back in Italy as well for all the support over the years and occasional visits to Aspen themselves to try L'Hostaria in person!

See you all tomorrow night for our last evening in Aspen! 🙌

🍷 Winter is Coming!

Since we won't have a winter in Aspen this year, we want to throwback to the Wine Party on Ajax Mountain near Blondie's Cabin in 2011. The Aspen community gathered on the mountain for a day of fun costumes, good food and wine!
