Tuk-Tuk Fusion was proud to show up and support New Day Advocacy Center to support survivors of Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence during the Warm Bowls, Happy Souls soup cook off! Giving back to this community is so important and personal to our Chef and he was honored to be a part of this worthy fundraiser.

Featured from our truck was one of our headliners, Three Sisters Thai Chili! Combining the Native American Three Sisters (corn, beans, and squash) with authentic Thai flavors and fresh ingredients, we were ecstatic to be awarded 1st place in the Professional Chef category!

Our regionally famous Caramel Gochujang Cookies also made an appearance on the dessert table to tantalize the tastebuds. For our customers that have had these at our caterings, we just might have them on the truck a few days this summer also.

Speaking of summer...we're gearing up for our first full season ahead of us. Please stay tuned as we're aiming to open coming up in April. We're still available for catering and if you have an event coming up, contact us now as we're filling our our event calendar!

So, this one hasn't been seen in this neck of the woods for years (since the last time our Chef made it) but it's here and won't last long...our Karaage Chicken and Waffles! We have some beautiful chicken thighs that we are deep frying Japanese style and putting it on top of our house made waffles. To top it off we have our spicy sriracha maple syrup. A truly awesome fusion creation!

Now for our sad news, this is our last day this week and we're very limited next week. Thursday will be our last regular day of operation for the season so come get your Karaage Chicken and Waffles today!

Next week our schedule is:

Sunday (9/28) to Wednesday (10/1) - Closed
Thursday (10/2) - Bayview Beach
Friday (10/3) to Sunday (10/5) - Event
Monday (10/6) - Closed till Spring (except for a couple possible events, maybe a popup?)

We will still offer catering over the winter so if you have an event that you'd like to provide some unique dishes to your guest, drop us an email and we'll set it up!

We cater in and around the Chequamegon Bay area but are equipped to operate within a couple hours of Ashland. Ok, way too good not to share...what do you get when you cross a Philly-style cheesesteak sandwich and and lumpia? Our new Kaizen Lumpia!!! That's right, we fried up a Philly cheesesteak and stuffed it in a lumpia wrapper just for you! 😍😍😍

Last day open this week and we're enjoying the sun out at Bayview Beach! And, in accordance with our Kaizen principles, we're changing some menu items!

We won't say what's coming next but we will say that our Smokin' Jack Lumpia (bacon pepper jack cheeseburger eggrolls) are on the way out. We still have a few left for the lucky few that come down today.

Also, we're sold out of our Char Sui (Chinese-style BBQ pork) and have brought back an old favorite by popular request....our Korean Beef Bulgogi! Once again we took our thin sliced beef and marinated it overnight in pear, ginger and brown sugar for that unforgettable flavor!

Ok, so, we were trying to keep this under wraps but they're so good, we have to share! Coming at you this Labor Day weekend are our new slushies! We're currently featuring a Chai Latte Slushie and a Mango Slushie! The perfect complement to some lumpia or a Wild Fried Rice!
