🐟 Crab Cake Stuffed Flounder with a roasted vegetable medley of carrots, peppers, and Brussels sprouts, creamy risotto, lobster cream sauce, and finished with baby celery leaves. The kind of plate that makes the whole table swoon!

Seared Red Drum over feta and onion quinoa salad, rainbow chard, lemon parsley oil ($29). Pair it with a bottle of Tenute Mannino Etna Bianco ($42, Sicily) — volcanic minerality meets lemon parsley oil and it makes perfect sense. 🌋

From Gregg’s List: the Rinaldi Eramare Monferrato Rosso is a juicy Piedmontese red that drinks like a summer vacation ($44), and if you’re feeling celebratory there’s a 1.5 liter magnum of Ya23 Brut Reserva Cava ($55) with your name on it.
