Happy 1 year of Piccolina! 🥹
To think that we opened our doors one year ago today is still a little wild. We truly can’t put into words how much this little restaurant and all of you mean to us.
This past year has been full of growing, changing, shifting, learning, creating, and a whole lot of making things from scratch. Hundreds of mozzarella pulls, thousands of dough balls rolled, dozens upon dozens of pistachio cookies, an almost unreasonable amount of chocolate cake, and somehow even getting written up in Garden & Gun Magazine along the way. ☺️
We are so incredibly proud of what we’ve built, but we couldn’t have done it without the people who have walked through our doors, shared a table, brought a friend, celebrated something special, grabbed a sandwich, ordered dessert, or simply cheered us on from afar.
And especially our team, the absolute backbone of this operation. They keep this little train moving every single day, and we will forever be grateful for the people who show up and make Piccolina what it is.
One year down, and we can’t wait to see what year two brings. 🤍
A little reminder that we’re still closed this week while we celebrate (and probably eat a lot of cake). We’ll be back open October 1!
