It’s been a little quiet around here… but behind the scenes, something beautiful is taking shape.

This week, seeing the wall frames finally go up at the new Guajiro hit differently — especially with Nana walking through the space for the first time. The same recipes, stories, and Cuban comfort food that started in our family kitchen are slowly finding a new home inside the Cotton Mill.

After everything we lost, moments like this remind us why we kept going. Asheville, thank you for sticking with us. We can’t wait to welcome you back home soon.
