Taste of Portugal - At Fill My Cup Cafe, we invite our guests to try a new taste -- Portuguese cuisine from a family-inspired menu in a space that feels like a peaceful and relaxed destination. We love calling the mountains home, and opening a comfortable spot where you can relax and enjoy good company has always been our dream. Using fresh ingredients and recipes passed down for generations, we create traditional Portuguese treats like our Classic Chourico Sandwich, Third Day (Cacoila) which is a Portuguese style pulled pork, our Portuguese-Style Shrimp, Favas, Bolocha Maria, and Arroze Doce. Pair that with an espresso drink from our barista bar, wine from Portugal, or a local craft beer, and you’ve got a meal to remember!
