Dairy & Vegan Pumpkin - Leesfarm Lee Kabocha squash roasted puréed with a blend of choice seasonal Spicewalla Spices spices.

Hole In One - Chocolate ice cream made with our custom cocoa blend mixed with mini marshmallows and swirled with caramel sauce. Made in collaboration with Lakeview Putt and Play and Biltmore Championship Asheville!

Julie Armbruster brings her new children’s book, Super Wampus, to The Hop Ice Cream & Pop Bubble Tea today, 8/29 from 2-4pm!

Inspired by the legendary Wampus Cat of Cherokee folklore, Super Wampus is a heartfelt adaptation that encourages young readers to embrace courage, kindness, and the unique strengths that make each of us who we are.

Throughout the afternoon you’ll have the opportunity to
• Hear Julie read Super Wampus
• Purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by the author
• Plus more

Julie Armbruster is an Asheville-based artist and author whose colorful, imaginative work celebrates curiosity, individuality, and the wonderfully weird. We encourage you to visit her studio at The Wedge in Asheville’s River Arts District.

Dairy and vegan Nectarine Blackberry Ice Cream, made with roasted Lee's One Fortune Farm nectarines and Hop-made blackberry jam, drops today, 8/28, at The Hop in North Asheville, West Asheville, and Black Mountain!

As with all of our small batch releases it will be on the menu while supplies last.

1) The location is listed at the top of each photo.

2) The symbols on the menus have the following meanings...
❤️ = Local Collaboration
⭐ = Contains Ingredient Made In-House
( N ) = Contains Nuts
( G ) = Contains Gluten

3) For questions or concerns about flavor descriptions or their other possible allergens (soy, egg, etc.) please feel free to reach out here or ask your server in-store.

4) We rotate flavors around the 1st of each month, give or take a few days. Rotation happens less at S&W Food Hall than the other three locations.

5) Upcoming small-batch and seasonal releases (like Nectarine Blackberry) can be found at https://www.facebook.com/HopIceCreamNC/events.

6) From the time they are posted, flavors are subject to change, especially as one month rolls into the next.
