¡Feliz cinco de mayo!

Este mes tenemos una pizza inspirada por los tacos de barbacoa. Comenzamos con frijoles negros cocinados lentamente en una base de Sofrito. Agregamos un poco de jugosa carne barbacoa cocinada lentamente. De ahí, cubrimos con nuestra gran mezcla de queso. ¡Después lo terminamos, cubriendo todo con cilantro fresco, cebolla picada con algunas especias y una crema de salsa verde.

Graham cracker crust. Garlic olive oil base. Chipotle cocoa rubbed steak. Fresh mozzarella. Feta. Raspberry mascarpone dollops. Cayenne candied bacon. After the oven it gets a chocolate balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
