Hello Asheville family, we are excited to announce and confirm our new location and reopening! As you could imagine, we will take some time to rebuild all our hibachi and sushi amenities to bring you the original Ichiban experience. Therefore, sometime in the early summer of 2026, 34 Tunnel Rd will be our new home. Thank yall for keeping us in mind, we look forwards to welcoming everyone and keep you updated until then!

Hello Asheville community, it’s almost been a year but we’d like to provide some updates regarding our status. We intend on coming back at a different location (TBD) and look forwards to serving y’all. We are still working on the details but we will keep you in the loop!
