There's no wrong way to order a steak.
Order it the way you like it.
But if you're curious where the sweet spot is, we'd point you toward medium rare. That's where the marbling has time to melt, the fire leaves its mark, and every bite shows you what that cut is meant to be.
At the end of the day, your steak should make you happy.
