Sweater weather has arrived and we're leaning all the way in.

We've rounded up some of our coziest, most nourishing dinner recipes, each one built around a different Darë cheese plus nutritious seasonal produce. Swap things around for what's good near you, these are adaptable recipes.

THANK YOU for voting Darë into the HALL OF FAME by making us #1 in the Cheesemaker/Cheese Dairy category for the FOURTH year in a row! We still don’t use any dairy. We’re still number one. Cheese louise, that’s cool.

Happy National Dog Day to the Darë mascot, Swiss Cheese! Here's a few facts about our favorite cheese.

Maybe you've seen her likeness on our shipping box? She's the inspo behind one of our cutest logos! I get asked often "what is she"? And I just say part dog, part stinky cheese. She's the perfect mutt, if I do say so myself.

If you've got a dog at home, tell them we said hi and Swiss says "bork" 🧀🐶
