Coaches, Parents and spectator’s,
As we get ready for our games this Saturday, I need everyone working together to make sure we have a safe, organized, and clean environment for our athletes, families, and guests.
Please help make sure everyone is following all game-day procedures. We also need everyone’s help with cleanup throughout the day and after the final game. Before leaving, please check your areas, stands, sidelines, and surrounding areas for trash. We want to leave the facility better than we found it.
Please remind everyone of the following:
● No tents or coolers
● No outside food or drinks
● No v**e products, to***co, alcohol, or weapons of any kind
● Bags may be subject to search
● Children middle-school age or younger must remain with an adult and be supervised at all times
● Only approved coaches and approved personal are allowed on the track and field
● Parents and spectators must remain in designated spectator areas
● No re-entry once spectators leave the facility
Coaches, parents and spectator’s please help us enforce these rules with your families. If we all communicate, clean up after ourselves, and work together, we can keep game day running smoothly and continue providing a great environment for our kids.
