I wanted to post as there may have been a quality control issue with our espresso and was hoping to gain your feedback if you had an espresso drink from us since Friday.

It didn't come to our attention until Sunday since we're mostly matcha, chai, coffee, and herbal tea drinkers minus one who makes her own drinks very sweet which would make it hard to notice. The shots of espresso visually looked great and pulled in a time and volume like normal but some noticed (we noticed too later) that there was a sour twang to them.

If you have a second I'd love to receive a message from you if you had an espresso drink this weekend.
