Alright ladies and gentlemen it is my honor to present to you all the end game for turkey day festivities, the key to saving any thanksgiving meal, a correction of sorts for over time families forget about pairings and why the cranberry is even on the plate as a tradition... Well I'm here to correct that! Presenting my very own honey/cayenne/cranberry hot sauce! This bad boy was fermented 2 months in advance for this very moment and just passed all of the p.h and acidity test as of yesterday! She's bottled and ready as of now! I have 16 bottles out of the batch of 84 left uncalled for! Very mild, slam packed with flavor. If it has to be shipped order now and it may be here by thanksgiving, overnight shipping is now available !

A very unique sauce, this one pairs SO WELL WITH BBQ, I mean anything out of the smoker that is blessed with this sauce rather it be before or after the cooking process becomes boss level. The Japanese yam really gives it a unique color and flavor profile.

(Spiced Mango Habanero)

The first sauce in our sweet heat series where we combine one chili with one fruit and then give it a plot twist! Id describe the spice blend used in this to be like tahin but with my own flare. Mango comes through followed by a semi-aggressive habanero bite.

Why are all of the spicy pickles in store either sweet or bread and butter? 🤬 Well I was fed up with that situation and wanted a dill pickle sauce with a kick that I could use on chicken sandwiches, burgers and so on. So here it is 💪
