let’s make a matcha latte using Samidori! 🍵
this cultivar has become my all time favorite due to its lack of bitterness & deep umami with a subtle nutty finish.

i was struggling to find a Samidori matcha that isn’t a blend & is easily accessible in the US for a reasonable price point.. so we hit up our Uji-based supplier & took matters to our hands. 🫡

available for purchase on our website & pop-ups.
