If you have donated a jersey or a jacket or something for us to decorate with- please stop by this week and claim it if you want it back!
Also- we have several pieces of equipment for sale, tables and chairs and maybe some of my decor-

Also- come by this week and sign my soon to be scrapbook- share a story or a favorite memory! This week is going to be a tough one for all of us emotionally, show our staff some love! They are just as upset as we are.

Let me start off by saying that Lesley & myself love Ash Grove, Walnut Grove, Everton, Willard, & the surrounding area. We have had customers come to eat with us from all over.

They say that all good things must come to an end. Whether that be a good movie, a good book, a good dinner, or just good conversation.

So with all this said, it is with a heavy heart that we are announcing that The FarmHouse on Boone will be closing. Saturday August 26, 2023 will be our last day.

We have enjoyed having you all come in to eat with us or at least have us prepare breakfast, lunch, & dinner for you these last 2 1/2 years. So, swing on by and let us cook for you again this next week.

You may be wondering why close now? Well it is simple……with the cost of food prices continuing to climb upwards at an alarming rate, trying to find employees to help make The FarmHouse function, and we don’t like to use this word but Lesley and myself are tired.

We have thought and prayed long and hard about it and we felt as though this was the right time. We will always cherish the memories that we have shared with you all. Pictures with Santa & The Grinch, FFA week culminating with the FFA breakfast on that Friday of FFA week, and bringing a touch of New Orleans to The Farmhouse during Mardi Gras just to name a few.

I was watching a show on tv here while back and two cowboys were standing there and one said,”cowboys don’t say goodbye, they say see ya later.”

So from all of us here at The Farmhouse on Boone we say……see ya later!
