Our Banana Einspänner Latte is pure happiness in a cup! A little cloud, a little coffee, and a whole lot of sunshine ☀️. And yes… we brought banana back, because joy deserves a comeback 💛.

🌼Freshly pulled espresso blended with sweet condensed milk, dark chocolate, and Milo malt cocoa, poured over ice and finished with a soft drift of evaporated milk. It carries the creamy, chocolate‑malt sweetness of the drinks we grew up with! The ones mixed at the kitchen table, shared after school, or bought cold from the neighborhood Asian grocery store on humid afternoons. A familiar comfort, wrapped in grown‑up espresso💜

Three Things I’ve Learned Since Starting My Coffee Cart

1. Consistency builds trust 🤝
Balancing my full time job and lattes taught me that showing up, even on the quiet days is what grows a community.

2. Hospitality is my superpower 🦸🏻‍♀️
My Southeast Asian (Hmong) roots shaped the way I serve. Coffee is the medium; connection is the memory.

3. Quiet progress matters 😌
Some wins are big and loud; others are small and steady. Both have shaped me into the business owner I’m becoming.

If you’ve supported us this far, I hope you continue to! It means more than you know. 🫶🏻💕🙏

If you’re planning a celebration, book with us today! We’d love to be part of it! 🌼✨
