We have a WOWWWW team, and I mean it!!! 🥹❤️ These are the people behind Ay Ay Tacos. They are the heart of our restaurant and such a HUGE part of our success!!! I couldn’t do this without them, and we are so grateful for every single one of them!

Happy Halloween from our crazy little family to yours!!! 🎃🦇

And yes, of course AI helped us with the spooky background LOL 😂

Meanwhile, they’re still at the restaurant cooking up your birria burritos and all your favorites!!! 🌮❤️

LOVE Y’ALL!!! 🫶

Ps. We are missing Bella and Breandon next time you will see them in another picture

‼️‼️‼️🚨 UPDATE!!!! WE ARE BACK!!!! 🚨‼️‼️‼️

Dead River came to our rescue SO FAST after we contacted them!!! 🥹❤️ And even though they’re dealing with a huge emergency right now (praying that the fire slows down and everyone stays safe 🙏🏼❤️), they still made time to come help us!!!

I seriously cannot thank them enough!!! 🥹❤️

WE ARE BACK WITH OUR FULL REGULAR MENU!!!! 🌮🔥

Thank you for being patient with us!!! LOVE YAAAA!!! 🩷

Start your meal with some Ay Ay Tacos NACHOS!!! 🤩❤️

Perfect for sharing… or not. LOL 😂❤️

Our Birriamen was actually the SECOND dish we ever introduced! 🥹❤️

We started with our quesabirrias, and then I remembered this little place back in Mexicali, Baja California, that sells birria every single day, and they had something called “Birriamen.”

And obviously, I LOVED IT!!! 🤩

It’s warm, it’s cheesy, it’s full of flavor, and it’s just soooo good!!! Like, what’s not to love?! 😭❤️

Come get yours this Friday or Saturday!

⏰ 11 AM – 7 PM

ANDDDD can we talk about our waiting times?! 👀

We’re averaging 10–15 minutes!!! Our kitchen is officially the fastest around, DUHHHH!!! 😂😂

Okay, kiddingggg! But seriously, we’ve been REALLY focused on improving our waiting times because we know nobody wants to wait forever for their food. And I think we’ve finally achieved what we were working toward! 🥹❤️

SOOO proud of our Ay Ay Tacos team!!! They’ve been absolutely killing it! 🫶🏼

Cheesecake who?! 😂 Make it BETTER! CHURRO FREAKING CHEESECAKE, DUHHHH!!! 🤩🤤❤️

Because why have regular cheesecake when you can have CHURRO cheesecake?! 😭🔥

10/29/2026

We updated our menu descriptions! 🤩❤️

I think this will make it a little easier for y’all to know exactly what you’re ordering and what comes with each dish, especially if Mexican food is something new to you! 🥹

I know some of the names can be unfamiliar, so we added more details to help you decide what you want to try!

Hopefully this makes ordering a little easier because I know sometimes y’all don’t know where to start 😂❤️

Love y’all! 🌮🇲🇽

10/28/2026

We are working on our churros con azúcar! 🤩❤️

This was test #1! I personally LOVE a hot churro with ice cream, but I feel like we haven’t figured out the perfect combination just yet lol 😂

Soooo tomorrow we are doing test #2! 🥹

And YESSSS, single churros will officially be available at Ay Ay Tacos starting tomorrow! ❤️

Just know that we are still playing with the recipe, making changes, and upgrading them as we go because you know meeee, I always want to make things better! 😂❤️

One churro at a time, amigos! 🇲🇽

10/28/2026

My friend took this picture of her Carne Asada Fries and OMGGG 🤩😍❤️ Of course I loved it and obviously HAD to share it with y’all!!! 😂

WE’RE OPEN TODAY, WEDNESDAY!!! 🥳🌮

📍 117 Sweden St, Caribou, Maine
⏰ 11 AM – 6 PM

See you sooooon!!! 🩷🇲🇽

I love ALL the reviews, but there’s just something about seeing someone genuinely enjoying their food! 🥹🩷 You can literally see it on their face!

The way she just keeps eating even though I KNOW she wants to stop because she’s probably full LOL 😂😭 I just LOVE IT!

Thank you so, so much! 🩷

P.S. You can always switch up the protein in our bowls! If you prefer carnitas, chicken, or carne asada, just let us know!

And for our vegetarian peeps, a lot of them order this bowl without the meat and add extra beans or guac instead… and they LOVE IT! 🤩🩷

There’s a little something for everybody at Ay Ay Tacos! 🌮❤️

Ohhhh, this was such a sweet surprise last week! 🥹🩷

Our friends at S.W. Collins welcomed us to the neighborhood with the sweetest gesture! They brought us some goodies AND a beautiful cutting board that I was originally going to share with the team… but then I decided to be selfish and took it home instead. 🥲😂 Sorry, not sorry! LOL

Thank you guys soooo much for making us feel so welcome! 🩷 We all know S.W. Collins Company is just THE BEST! 🤩❤️
