Starting this weekend, not only are we offering brisket to the people, but also to their four-legged friends. For only $5, you can get Bugsy's Brisket Chow 🐶, a side of brisket with two scrambled eggs, and let your dog join in on the fun! Howdy folks, we're gonna be at the Arnold Farmers Market tomorrow 8am-Noon, Stand #57. That's right, on 4th of July, Independence Day baby!! We'll have our usual lineup of everything brisket and free refills of our sweet tea. We're also selling glowsticks for only $1 that you can wear to any festivities you have later in the day. We've made a few changes to the menu since we first started, so here's our updated menu including our evening entrees that will be offered at our evening events, and add-ons. Disclaimer, Granny's Coleslaw and the Mac and Cheese will only be offered at our Evening Events.

🐮 Howdy folks, this post is long overdue, but we all at Phat-Ass Brisket (calm down Facebook, that is our official name) want to give a big thank you to everyone who came to see us at the Arnold Independence Day Celebration! 🇺🇸 We also like to thank everyone who was patient with us learning a new menu and working at what was our first big venue. We did not expect to get as a big of a crowd as we did, but we are delighted that we had so many new faces eager to give us a try, and we hope we didn't disappoint. Through trial and errors, we learned a lot this last Saturday and we hope to learn and grow some more as we continue on our small business journey. Thank you to everyone who has been supporting us for the last month and we look forward to seeing what the rest of the summer will bring. It's back to the Arnold Farmers Market for us this weekend and we look forward to seeing everyone there! Come getcha some! 🐮

Thanks to everyone who came to the Arnold Farmers Market today! We ended up selling out thankfully before the rain started, but we still got soaked like the rest of y'all. As long as it doesn't rain again, the City of Arnold Independence Day Celebration is still on for tonight. Come join us at 5-11pm at Arnold Park and get yourself a nice plate of Brisket. 🐮Howdy folks, it's gonna be a jam-packed day for us tomorrow as we're not only gonna be at one, but two events! We're starting off our day at the Arnold Farmers Market, Booth #57 8am-Noon with our usual lineup. Then look out for us at the City of Arnold Independence Day Celebration 5pm-11pm, serving up a dinner version of our menu and introducing our new menu item, the Brisket Mac and Cheese. Whether rain or shine, we plan to serve up some good eats. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! Come getcha some! 🐮🇺🇸
