After a little over a year of calling Ira Township home, we have some difficult news to share. 😔

At the end of this week, Batter Up Waffle Company will be closing the doors to our Ira Township location at the Cove Cafe!

This wasn’t an easy decision. Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people, welcome familiar faces week after week, and become a part of this community. We’re incredibly thankful to everyone who walked through our doors and supported us along the way.

While this chapter is coming to an end, Batter Up isn’t going away. 🧇🚚 We’re getting back on the road with the food truck, and you’ll still find us at local festivals, fairs, grad parties, events, and more.

Come see Chef Geoff, Joseph, and the crew one more time before we close. We’ll be serving through the end of the week while supplies last.

🚜🎡 Batter Up is heading to the St. Clair County Fair!

Chef Geoff will be serving up great food at the fair Monday through Saturday! You can find the Batter Up trailer in front of the Maroon Barn on the south side of the fairgrounds. Be sure to stop by and say hello!

Can’t make it to the fair? No worries—Chef Joe will be holding things down at the restaurant all week, so you can still stop in and enjoy this week’s delicious specials:
