We heard people are wearing PINK for Dolly today, and we couldn’t think of a sweeter way to celebrate her. 💕🎀🍦

So today, 10% of all proceeds at The Creamery on Main will be donated to the Four County Community Foundation’s Imagination Library Fund to help put books into the hands of local children. 📚💗

Dolly Parton started the Imagination Library by mailing free books to children in her home county with one simple goal: inspire a lifelong love of reading. Today, that little idea has grown into something that has touched millions of families. 🥹📖✨

So wear your pink, grab yourself a cone covered in pink sprinkles, and help us honor Dolly’s legacy while supporting kids right here in our community. 💕🍦

We’re closing up shop for the week of the fair again! Monday, August 17th through Monday, August 24th and here’s why👇

This is actually our SLOWEST week of the entire year. Why? Because most of downtown turns into a parking lot by 3PM, and folks are either already at the fair or stuck in gridlock trying to get there! We’ve seen it all - customers who can’t park, team members who can’t leave, and more fried Oreos walking by than we can count 🎡

Over the years we’ve tried running wild specials, and switching up our hours… and it doesn’t change a thing (seriously, not even a bump 😅).

So instead of scooping to empty sidewalks, we’re giving our amazing team a well-deserved break to enjoy the fair too. (You’ll probably spot a few of us at the lemonade stand or in line for an Elephant Ear 🍋🍩)

We’ll be open through Sunday, August 16th, and then we’ll be back on Tuesday, August 25th ready to serve you!

Thanks for understanding and enjoy every minute of fair week! 💛

A little Monday Funday with our crew before they head back to school and off to college! 🥹🎓

We started with brunch at Rochester Brunch House 🥞 and then headed to Essbe ✨ Permanent + Gold-filled & Sterling Silver Jewelry for permanent jewelry! ✨

Such a fun day celebrating the crew before summer officially starts winding down.

We seriously have the BEST staff, and we’re going to miss having them around so much!🍦

Soooo… get ready to see A LOT more of Mom and I behind the counter for the rest of the season. 😂💁🏼‍♀️
