Our Italian Porchetta is ½ lb. of slow-roasted pork shoulder, seasoned with Italian herbs, piled onto French bread, and finished with basil mayo. It doesn’t need a thing.

But sometimes, a little extra is exactly what you want. 😉

Add roasted peppers or giardiniera for a little more flavor, a little more heat, and a whole lot more personality. They’re an extra charge, but hey… some things are worth a little extra.
