Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share some difficult news—the Kansas Cluck Truck truck will not be hitting the road this year. This was not an easy decision, but due to economic uncertainties in the market and other challenges I am unable to operate this season.

Serving you all has been an incredible journey, filled with amazing memories, delicious food, and the unwavering support of our community. We are truly grateful for every customer who stopped by, every kind word, and every meal I had the privilege of making for you.

While this chapter is on pause for now, It’s not the end of the road. Thank you for your understanding, support, and for being part of my family. I will keep you posted on any future updates, and until then, I appreciate you more than words can express.

I'll be in Wellington tomorrow November 25th for dinner 4-7 across the street from Walmart I have my new sandwich, pimento cheese, hot honey, 6oz chicken breast, sliced jalapeños, French fried onions, on toasted brioche. W/ fries for 12$ I do not have a name for the sandwich yet, but here is a photo, just be warned I'm awful at photography 😅 supplies are limited, because of the holidays my truck order didn't come in so I will only have sandwiches tomorrow.

I will be in Caldwell Kansas tomorrow Monday November 18th for lunch from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. the special will be large order of gizzards with fries for $11, also a large order of loaded sweet potato fries topped with praline pecans and bacon with my marshmallow sauce for $8. Alongside my normal menu
