Good evening everyone!!
We would like to let everyone know that we won't be out selling lunch this week.

We are getting ready to serve at the Brush Run. We will be located at Hollywood Hill.

If your out at the races stop by and see us! ALL the great food you've come to expect from us and then some!!! Also Toco Bella will be serving their GREAT food! Check out their post as well.

Good afternoon to ALL our followers and friends today!!!

Just letting you all know that we will be out serving at "Rock the Block" tonight.

Located in Laona. Come out for a great night of food and music ... FREE to the public !!!!! Starts 4:30pm , weather should be great ! See you all there!¡!

Rise and shine Rhinelander!!! We will be serving you guys lunch today!! Located in the Home Depot parking lot!!
Serving begins at 11:30am. We will be serving the following

Our pork n pasta $11

We are going to be trying out a new one for you all .... "BRISKET FRIES "
We start with a bunch of waffle fries, we cover them in a white queso sauce, add chopped brisket then drizzle with our house made sauce and top with pickled onions ... and jalapeños upon request.

Introducing the " Papa Pig" This is our slow smoked pulled pork, we add a jalapeño cheddar sausage and smother it all in chez sauce and bbq. Served with chips and drink. $13

Back by request our " Chopped Brisket " sandwich. Our 14hr slow smoked brisket, chopped and piled high, topped with pickled onions and sweet heat pickles. Served with chips.

Good morning to everyone!!
We would like to apologize today ...
We thought these storms were going to be alot worse than what they turned out.

Because of that we didn't make anything for lunches today. So we will be back at it for tomorrow.

Catch us at Rock the Block in Laona on Friday evening.

We will be in Rhinelander tomorrow ... for our followers there. Stay tuned for our post.

We just letting you all know that we will be out serving lunch tomorrow in RHINELANDER !!!!!! Yes ... we will be located in the parking lot of Home Depot.

Serving begins at 11:30am. We will be serving the following -

Introducing the " North Carolina " Bologna sandwich. - we start with a thick slice
( about a half inch ) of smoked and dry rubbed Bologna, we then add some brisket chili, top that with our house made sweet n creamy cole slaw followed by a drizzle of Carolina gold bbq sauce, and top that with some pickled red onions!!! Wow is this DELICIOUS!! We sold out of this in Crandon!! It's a MUST try ... this ain't your school boy sandwich.

Served with chips and drink. $13

This isn't your school lunch meat Bologna, this is a thick cut, dry rubbed smoked just right sandwich, topped with a brisket chili, bbq sauce , sweet creamy cole slaw and topped with pickled onions!!! HOLY COW is this good!!

Good morning to ALL our followers and friends today !!! We are letting you all know that we will be out at Pine Point bar and grill this afternoon. We will be serving up some really good delectables!

We will have : a RIB LUNCH .... this will include 3-4 fall off the bone baby back ribs, coleslaw, and seasoned fries.

HOG FRIES - seasoned fries covered in chez sauce, topped with our slow smoked pulled pork, drizzled with bbq, and then we add smoked sausage chunks.

LOADED NACHOS - A heap of chips including Doritos! nacho chez sauce, our slow smoked pulled pork, drizzled with bbq, we add Pico, sour cream and jalapeños ( apon request ) a meal fit for a king or queen!!! $14

DIRTY DOG - this is a WHOPPER of a smoked sausage! A 12"er covered in chez sauce, piled with our slow smoked pulled pork, drizzled with bbq AND topped with crushed Doritos!!! HOLY MOLY ! Layed to rest in a soft potato bun.
