Honey mustard chicken salad-
Popcorn chicken, bacon bits, variety of local cherry tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, cucumber and pickled red onion on a bed of local butter lettuce and arugula tossed in honey mustard.

Pulled pork and ancho chile slaw sandwich-
Pulled pork topped with house made creamy ancho chili cabbage slaw, fried onion strings and melted pepper jack cheese on a toasted pub roll

Bavarian flat bread-
Bechamel base, mozzarella, b**r braised onions, bacon then baked, garlic aioli finish with parsley garnish

Crispy Pork Schnitzel with Buttered Spaetzle (German egg noodles) and Braised Cabbage with Carraway
