A few of you recently brought to my attention that the Chicken 65 was a bit drier and chewier than usual. Thank you so much for letting me know!
Many customers had requested white meat chicken, so I decided to give it a try with this batch. After some testing, I realized that using white meat changed the texture and wasn’t quite the same Chicken 65 that you know and love.
I apologize if this batch wasn’t up to our usual standard. I’ve already made adjustments and will be returning to what works best to ensure the flavor and quality you expect from us.
