Today's special is a ribeye sandwich.

This is Black Angus choice fresh cut ribeye dry rub seasoned with homemade seasoning.

It is then Char-Grilled over open flame and put on a buttered and grilled French loaf. Comes with a serving of fries. You can upgrade your fries for an additional charge.

It comes with an option of different cheeses and toppings.

Included toppings are:

Horseradish aioli
Caramelized onion
Grilled mushrooms
Hot Au jus

Choice of cheeses are:
American
Swiss
Pepper jack
Shredded Colby-Jack

Optional add-ons are:

Applewood Smoked Bacon
Grilled jalapenos
Fried egg cooked to order
Fried onion petals

PS The meat in this picture is being covered by loads of cheese.

THE TACO AND TEX MEX BAR IS BACK ON (for tomorrow)!!!!

While I am not allowed to give credit where credit is due, let's just say that having the people surrounding us that we do is an incredible blessing!

Here is why you should shop local...and I am not referencing me right now.

Your local ranchers work hard and produce a High Quality Beef Product. In many cases, you have seen when I post Steaks from Local Producers.

It was one of these producers that stepped up and brought me 40 lbs of Locally Grown Ground Beef!
