Last night was truly one for the books… the BIGGEST Cinco de Mayo crowd we’ve ever had 🥹🎉

We are beyond thankful for every single person who came out to celebrate with us, showed patience during the rush, and brought such amazing energy. Y’all made the night unforgettable ❤️

And a HUGE shoutout to our incredible team y’all showed up and showed out. The hard work, the hustle, and the heart you put into taking care of everyone did not go unnoticed. We couldn’t have done it without you all 👏🏽

Tonight truly meant everything to us. ❤️🥹

We are beyond grateful for every single person who chose to spend their evening at Sofia’s. The love and support we felt tonight was overwhelming in the best way possible. From the bottom of our hearts… thank you.

We do want to sincerely apologize for the long wait times. We know some of you waited close to an hour (or more), and that does not go unnoticed. Your patience, kindness, and understanding mean more to us than we can even put into words.

Seeing our restaurant full, hearing the laughter, and feeling the energy reminded us exactly why we do what we do. Nights like this are something we will never take for granted.

To everyone who walked through our doors, waited, supported, shared a meal, or even just cheered us thank you for believing in us. We are so incredibly blessed to be part of such an amazing community.
