Join a fast-paced, growing kitchen team! We are looking for a dependable and energetic Prep Cook/Line Cook who takes pride in food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
This is a high-volume kitchen — we need someone who can move fast, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients and proteins following recipes and standards
• Cook and assemble dishes during busy service hours
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
Requirements:
• Kitchen experience preferred (fast food or restaurant experience is a plus)
• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Able to work weekends and busy shifts
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
