Imposter syndrome is real.

When we opened the restaurant we were riding high. Felt good, impowered and excited. Going through COVID and other personal things challenged us.

It wasn't easy closing the restaurant and starting over but it was necessary. We accomplished alot and at the end realized what was important. Letting go of people is just as important as letting go of things.

I can tell you at times we felt like we failed. You start questioning all the decisions you made and blame yourself for every bump in the road.

But the truth is you gotta keep pressing on.
Take care of your health and find at least 1 person outside of your bubble you can be honest with. 1 person you can trust with your doubts, your fears and hurt feelings.

Guess what, it gets better 1 day at a time.

I am excited to launch Coffee & Conversation. I will be hosting small meet up groups to help promote others.

Not everyone enjoys large networking groups or after work events. You may be surprised to know I actually get anxious in large groups. That's one reason why I love planning them because I can people watch while staying busy
