A New Chapter Begins…
After an unforgettable journey with Rolling Deep Food Truck, we’re excited to share some big news…
✨ Rolling Deep is becoming Brick & Basil. ✨
We are thrilled to announce that we’ll be opening Brick & Basil at The Ballast on Salem in Apex, NC! We’ll be breaking ground soon, and we can’t wait to bring our vision to life.
While our name is changing, the food you know and love isn’t going anywhere. We’ll still be serving our legendary Detroit-style deep dish pizza, along with fresh handmade pasta and gourmet Italian panini, all made with the same passion and commitment to quality that got us here.
As part of this exciting new chapter, we’ve officially sold the food truck. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it allows us to put all of our focus into building the restaurant we’ve always dreamed of. We’re incredibly grateful for every event, every line of customers, every festival, and every memory we made with Rolling Deep. That little truck changed our lives, and we couldn’t have done it without your support.
Over the next few days, you’ll see our social media pages transition from Rolling Deep to Brick & Basil, so don’t be alarmed when you see the new name and logo. It’s still us—just beginning an exciting new chapter.
And don’t worry—Harvey Hospitality Catering is still going strong! We’ll continue catering weddings, corporate events, private parties, grazing tables, and special events throughout the Triangle.
