Thrilled to announce we won the Mystery Box Challenge! Like the show Chopped, they gave us a box of surprise ingredients, and we had to come up with a recipe on the spot. It was filled with mullet, shrimp, and oysters. We did a smoked mullet cake (like a crab cake) and Bbq shrimp topped with a fried oyster. We also served up a tasting of s Ho**er Brown beer to the judges. Hoping the rest of the bbq competition goes this well. Stay tuned! 🐖🐖🐖 .
