Hi friends 💛

Quick update from Saige Coffee!

My surgery has been rescheduled, so I will still be open the rest of this week in Apache ☕

I’ve recently been given an opportunity to test breakfast service at Goodyear next week alongside Boujie Bovine, and I’ve decided to give it a try to see if it could be a good long-term fit for the business. Because of this, if you do not see my trailer in Apache next week, this is why!

Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be testing a more mobile setup while I figure out what makes the most sense for the future of Saige Coffee. If Goodyear ends up being a strong fit, I may eventually transition away from regular Apache service and focus more on Goodyear + Lawton market events.

I’m incredibly thankful for everyone in Apache who has supported me, encouraged me, shared my posts, stopped by for coffee, and helped me grow during this chapter 💛

I’ll continue posting updates and schedules as I figure things out!

Hi Saige Coffee family!
Due to reasons out of my control, my surgery has been canceled and rescheduled tentatively for mid-June. Sooo....Come see me during regular hours the rest of this week- Thursday-Saturday 7am to 1pm. Slushed coffee special is still going strong💪 As always, thank you for your support!

Good morning! This hat just about sums it up🤣 Shout out to The Maker's Market for yet another one. It's just 4 more service days until my surgery (as long as things don't get rescheduled).
